Installation of CMWP in Linux

1) Download the software from the URL http://csendes.elte.hu/cmwp/

2) You have to register to access the downloading the software.

3) Extract the compressed file for example in Downloads folder.

4) Open the Terminal (shortcut = ctrl+shift+t) and install the following by just typing

sudo apt install xterm gv zsh libxt-dev libx11-dev -y (updated on 06/04/2023)

5) Press Enter. It will ask your linux-pc password, just type the password (not visible) and press ENTER again

6) Press y to confirm the install if asked

7) After successful install, Navigate to the CMWP folder from terminal

cd ~/Downloads/CMWP-180502

8) press Enter

type ./configure and press enter. It takes time and get successfully installed

To Run

1) Navigate to the CMWP folder from terminal

cd ~/Downloads/CMWP-180502

2) Type ./evaluate <path of the file>

For example ./evaluate data/mjay/WHA.dat

3) It will ask for opening Java fronted app press y to open

4) Do the analysis
